Rooted in care for your emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing, this retreat invites you to de-stress and come home to yourself through relaxation practices, coaching and delicious nourishing food.

 

Set among the orange groves, just outside Oliva, in the tranquil Valencian region of Spain, this retreat is your invitation to: relax, nourish and reflect.

Relax

Release tension, quiet the noise and find stillness using mindful presence and body awareness. Each guest will enjoy a massage, yoga, guided relaxation, sound therapy, and mindfulness activities. Rest by the pool, snooze in a hammock under the olive trees, take an eBike ride, or visit the nearby sandy beaches. You are free to do exactly what you need to restore your energy.

Nourish

Indulge in nourishing plant-based meals from our in-house chef. Influenced by Ayurvedic, Macrobiotic, and Raw Food philosophies, our fresh, local cuisine supports your well-being. Nurture meaningful connection to support your mental health, engage in creative expression and discover guided activities to identify and navigate emotional challenges.

Reflect

Gain deep insight and uncover a deeper understanding of yourself through the use of reflection and self enquiry. You'll be encouraged to connect and explore thoughts and feelings and go on a journey of self-discovery. Create a personalised toolkit of powerful long-term habits to integrate a sense of calm. Optional one-to-one coaching sessions are also available. *

Hi I'm Deb,  your retreat host, life coach and in-house creative. I'd like to invite you to slow down a little, take a deep breath and focus on you. Through coaching and curated retreats, I offer gentle guidance and supportive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, rediscover their inner voice, and realign with what truly matters.

 

Over the years, I’ve come to understand just how vital self-awareness and self-care are—not just as buzzwords, but as everyday practices that anchor us in who we are, essential for nurturing our emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. With my counselling skills, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to my work—creating spaces where people feel truly seen and heard.

 

My retreats are born from this belief: gentle, nurturing spaces where you can pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. It’s my joy and purpose to guide others back to that inner place of clarity and calm

How do I get to the venue?

Nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante. We can provide details of options available and recommend taxi firms.

 

We will be setting up a WhatsApp group so you could arrange to travel with other guests.

 

There is public transport available but this is easiest from Valencia airport.

Will I have time to explore the local area?

Absolutely! Days are planned so that you can take part in activities either end of the day leaving you free to relax or explore as much as you like.

 

On Friday morning, wander up to the market or head down to the beach and find the ice cream parlour.

 

There is also the historic old town with it's cobbled streets, old town walls and blue domed San Roc church.

 

Walk up to the castle ruins or if you have access to a car head off into the mountains.

What will I be doing on this retreat?

Each day includes a morning and late afternoon/evening activity, such as yoga, group coaching and guided relaxation.

Evenings wind down with reflections by the fire pit and a soothing sound bath.

​

Optional 1:1 coaching is available for deeper self-awareness (additional fee applies).

 

Each day there will also be a mindfulness based activity on offer.

 

Every guest will be offered a massage during their stay.

Can I spread the payments?

 

For those who sign up before November, the cost is split over 3 payments.

 

If you sign up on or after 20th November the cost is split into 2 payments.

 

I aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible, so if you would find this difficult, please get in touch and I will do what I can to help.
