Retreat Terms & Conditions
By booking a place on this retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your place.
A second payment of £300 due by 20th November 2025 at the latest.
Final payments (£390 triple room booking, £590 for double room booking and £790 for single room booking) due by 20th April 2026 at the latest.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel up to and uncluding the 19th January 2026, you will receive a refund of all monies paid less the initial £300 deposit.
If you cancel from 20th January 2026 onwards, all monies paid are non-refundable. If we are able to rebook your place, then a partial refund may be made at the discretion of Deborah Edwards Coaching Ltd. Their decision will be final.
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by Deborah Edwards Coaching Ltd, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. We are not responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
3. Health & Wellbeing
By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are in good physical and emotional health to participate in the activities offered.
You agree to complete a medical form informing us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or mental health issues prior to attending and agree you are responsible for keeping us informed of any changes to your health.
Participation in all activities is voluntary. You are encouraged to honour your own needs and boundaries at all times.
I agree to provide a copy of my passport, travel insurance and medical insurance/GHIC card.
In exceptional circumstances, I give permission for my emergency contact to be contacted.
All personal information provided is held in the strictest confidence
4. Liability
You attend the retreat and participate in activities at your own risk and release Deborah Edwards Coaching Ltd, it's officers, employees and contractors from liability for negligence, neglect and carelessness. Whilst all reasonable care will be taken, we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat to your person.
You are responsible for your own personal belongings throughout the retreat.
5. Code of Conduct
We aim to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive space. Any behaviour that is disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful to others may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
Confidentiality and respect for others' privacy are expected of all participants.
Limitations to confidentiality - any exchanges between coach and guest remain confidential unless I become aware of intent to, or knowing of the law being broken in respect to terrorism, drug trafficking, child protection or money laundering. I may also need to break confidentiality if I am concerned that there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Where possible I would discuss this with you first.
We encourage guests to respect the calm and tranquillity of the space and limit their use of devices.
The venue is a no alcohol or narcotics space and we ask that guests respect that.
6. Photography & Social Media
We may occasionally take photographs during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance.

7. Agreement
By signing this contract/form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You understand and agree that this agreement may be electronically signed, and that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature, with the same validity and enforceability under applicable law.
Once this form has been submitted you will receive a link to pay your deposit. Your place on the retreat is not confirmed until we have received a signed copy of this form and your deposit.
